My first experience (and hopefully the last) in dealing with the law, I found myself charged with a Class II Felony for Aggravated Malicious Wounding. I chose Mr. Correll as my legal counsel.
From day one he was professional, straightforward, and above all, prepared. As someone that never had to deal with any sort of legal proceedings, Mr. Correll spent ample time explaining every detail and question that I had regarding my case. In addition, he addressed issues that he anticipated me overlooking in order to properly guide me through the process.
His legal counsel went above and beyond all expectations, ranging from interviewing both on the phone as well as in person over eleven witnesses, following up with every lead and pursuing all avenues to assure that he could do all that he possibly could.
Due to Mr. Correll’s efforts, my initial charge of Aggravated Malicious Wounding was reduced to a Class I Misdemeanor. Once in court, all of the charges were dropped, allowing me to get back to my normal life.
I highly recommend Mr. Correll if you are looking for someone that is able to give you sharp, aggressive legal counsel that is ready to get the job done. -Ashley M.
Calm, collected and Determined. Beau will get the job done! Thank you -Marcus M.
After Beau got me off of 2 DWI offenses within 3 months I had to get an interlock system put in my truck, In 3 months of having the interlock I had 13 violations so my ASAP case manager sent it to court. I received a summons stating I was facing 170 days in jail and a $500 fine. Beau with knowledge and resources and the way he presented my case to the judge got me off with just the fine. Other people were in court for the same thing and they all got jail time anywhere from 60 to 120 days. Thanks again Beau. You are one very good
The case went by smoothly and it was a great experience to be kept in the light as the case evolved. It was resolved faster than I expected and with diligence. Most definitely will recommend, and have recommended already, this attorney for any legal procedures which he practices in. -Anon.
As a sophomore in college, just barely of legal age, in one night I found myself facing five daunting charges, including but not limited to a DWI and a Felony possession charge. These were going to be life changing for me. I hired Beau after reading his reviews on avvo. From our first consultation, he was very straight forward, didn't sugarcoat anything, but he made me feel hopeful of a more positive outcome than I had expected. Long story short, after some community service and a year of probation, all of the charges will be dropped. Given the potential sentencing I was facing, this is the best possible case scenario imaginable. I am able to stay in school and keep pursuing a bright future without a felony on my name or any sort of long-term legal restriction. Beau did the best that nearly any attorney could do, and I highly recommend. -Anon.
I recently had the privilege of having Mr. Correll represent me. I wanted and needed the best as my professional career was in jeopady. I don't know all of the legal terms but Mr. Correll defended me vigorously and somehow persuaded the judge to render a type of decision he had never rendered before. Now how awesome is that? I cannot thank Mr. Correll enough for what he has done for me. -Anon.
I highly recommend Beau Correll. He represented me for my DWI case back in Nov 2014.
After a night of partying, I was pulled over, failed the sobriety test, took the checkpoint breathalyzer test (which indicated I had an BAC of .26) and inevitably got arrested for DWI. Once arrested, I declined the breathalyzer test in jail since it is considered to be more accurate than the road test and may face an automatic 10 days in Jail and driver license suspension if my blood alcohol level was higher than .20.
Beau Correll helped me lower my charges from, DWI with refusal of test to a reckless. I was facing jail time, 2 years suspension of license, ASAP classes, and a ridiculous amount of fines. The only two repercussions from my shenanigan are a small fine ($300 or so) and unsupervised probation. My license was not taken away and I did not have to attend ASAP classes.
Needless to say I HIGHLY recommend Beau for your lawyer. He was easy to work with, his paralegal/assistant was also very helpful, and they responded to any request (such as ability to leave the state prior to the court date) very quickly. He is worth the money! -Anon.
